Event Parameter value cut off after 100 char - GA360 limits are not applied

Hi there, 

hope you'll be able to help.  

Maximum length of parameter value is 100 characters, meaning values longer than this are cut off. GA360 customers (which we are) have higher limits. Also, in Feb 2024, the parameter value limit has increased to 500 for Firebase SDK.  

In BigQuery tables for mobile apps (via Firebase SDK and connect to GA360), we can see the parameter value has been cut off after 100 characters.

The limit increase appears to only apply to Web. Firebase still has the 100 character limit in our testing.
