Getting location info updates from google business using pub/sub

I've setup the Pub/Sub in order to receive update from Google My Business.

So far, I've experienced decent response on the reviews. However I am not getting anything back for the LOCATION_UPDATE.

The documentation being super scarce, I'd love to know if it worked for anyone here (to pick their brain).
