In BigQuery Scheduled Query, how do I set the region to just "europe"

I have two other scheduled query that had "Automatic location selection" ticked and it defaulted to "europe".

I am trying to set up another one, but this time it defaults to "us", which causes an error, because my datasets are located in "europe". I have tried other Europian regions, e.g. "europe-west2", but these still caused an error. I cannot find just "europe" in the list of regions
