Insufficient Authentication Scope - Google Analytics 4

I have followed this tutorial - https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/reporting/data/v1/quickstart-client-libraries

Now my issue is I cannot proceed due to this error -

PermissionDenied: 403 Request had insufficient authentication scopes. [reason: "ACCESS_TOKEN_SCOPE_INSUFFICIENT"
