Is it possible to implement multi region on pub sub?

Hi Everyone,

I am new in GCP pub-sub exploring and analyzing  few real time problem scenario. As per my knowledge of PUB-SUB doesn't support multi region. Suppose when i create new topic and set it message policy there i can set region as for my requirement but when we create subscription by default it is set to the region which we set during creation of GCP account. suppose if region is down of subscriber region on that case how can i handle this scenario.

It will consider region of your account creation location.
