MySQL Connection Issues Created by AWS EKS

Hi , 

I tried the database connection.
However, the message 'Error ID: f99cbba3' is being returned.
(I created a username looker in mysql.)

I checked the document again and it seems that only ap-northeast-1 is supported for northeast, but can't I use ap-northeast-2?
