Not able to export manually imported data from GA4 to Google Bigquery

I am building an app using Firebase. I have setup the project, setup the stream, linked Google Biquery to Google Analytics, and right now my app is in development, so I don't have any real user data. For data analysis, i have imported my own csv file from my computer to google analytics as sample data so that i can export it to google BigQuery and analyze it, but the data is not exporting to Google BigQuery. I have tried all the methods mentioned in google dcoumentation.

1. like how to import data on GA4
2. how to link google BigQuery to GA4

As per checking the documentation, the data may take up to 24 hours to begin transferring to your BigQuery project.

And if it doesn’t work, check the documentation about the reasons in linking failure and export failure.
