Personal emails are listing in Add Principals while giving permission to bigquery dataset

When I try to add permission to specific user on a specific dataset, I am seeing some personal email address who are not added in IAM. 

I want to know how this is being shown. Below is for ref.

Hi @kabilanravi  What you see will be defined by your organization policy. Some Google Cloud products such as BigQuery support public data sharing, so that might be why your are seeing all domains as default.

You can set up a domain restriction organization policy using this guide. Does that help?
