Remove subscription of listing with api Analytics hub

Hello everyone! I've been working with analytics hub API to manage the subscribers of my listings, at first I thought that by removing the subscriber role of the account it will also remove the linked dataset in their project but it actually doesn't. After looking into the docs, I see that you have to manually enter the View all subscriptions tab from you listing and delete the subscription.

Is there actually not another way to do this than manually? Why is that the only thing I can't do through the api? makes no sense to me

If anyone can help I will be glad!

Good day @francomlopez,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

As of now, this feature is not available, you can only list and delete the subscription thru the console. You can check the API methods that are currently available using the documentation below.

https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/analytics-hub/rest/v1/projects.locations.dataExchan...

But if you want this feature, you can submit a request using the link below.

Hope it helps!

Thanks for your question @francomlopez and for hoping in @kvandres!

I understand your frustration. I know if can be a bit tedious to have to manually delete subscriptions from Analytics Hub. The workaround you identified is the the best option currently, but we are aware of this feature request and are working on making this process more efficient.
