Restore Access to BigQuery

My ex-colleague has been using BigQuery for our company website. He left without giving anyone else on the team access. We want to restore access to the projects and tried to contact Google Cloud Support, but no luck - because I can only contact them from my own account, not from the company account.

Anything we can try before we rebuild from the scratch? Thanks guys!

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

If your project is associated with an Organization, the Organization Admin should be able to add a new project owner. If there is no assigned Organization Admin, your Google Workspace Super admin might be able to assign a new owner on their end.

If the issue persists, reaching out to Google Cloud Support is the best option as they may be able to provide alternative ways to grant access to your project.

Hey, thank you for the answers! The colleague who left is the admin, so we are not able to ask him to add new owner or give us access. I have filled out the form on Google Cloud Support several times, but no one gets back to me. Any other approach you would recommend me to try?
