Showing null values on a line graph in Looker

The looker forum is closed right now so hopefully someone can help me here.  I have a line graph from a pivot table showing incidents per month comparing over several years. Months there are no incidents does not show as 0 on the line graph. It break the line at the point. April 2023 should be at 0. I've tried to create a filter but I don't think I was setting it up correctly.  New to all of this.
