Urgent Assistance Needed for Cloud Data Analytics Certification Lab Issue

Dear Cloud Skills Boost Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I have completed almost all of my Cloud Data Analytics certification courses, but I am unable to access one last lab in Course 2 called "Compare Data Analytics with BigQuery and Dataproc." It says my quota is finished, and this is the only thing stopping me from completing the course and earning my certificate. I really want to finish it as soon as possible because I have set a personal goal to post my certificate on LinkedIn by tomorrow, and missing this deadline would be very disappointing for me.

I’ve completed all five courses and earned 4 out of 5 badges. I only need this one lab to be marked as done to receive my certificate. I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience from the other labs, and I would greatly appreciate your help in unlocking the certificate or marking the lab as completed if it cannot be accessed soon.

Additionally, I have seen reviews from others who are facing the same problem. It appears that many people have been stuck at this lab for months, some even for years. I have reached out to your support team multiple times via chat, and while they acknowledge the issue, I keep receiving the same response that the team is "working on it." After doing some research, I was shocked to find that this problem has been affecting users for over two years. It's frustrating to think that a company like Google, with all its resources, hasn’t been able to fix this issue.

Every other lab opened on the first attempt and was completed without any problems. But this particular lab has prevented many users from earning their certificates. It feels unfair and demotivating to invest so much time and effort into the courses, only to be blocked at the very end. If this issue cannot be resolved soon, could you at least mark the lab as completed so that I and others like me can unlock our certificates? We’ve worked hard to reach this point, and our goal is to showcase this achievement on our resumes and LinkedIn profiles, which will help in our job searches.

I am writing this email with a lot of frustration and hope that you can understand my situation. I believed that the issue would be resolved quickly, but after realizing how long this has been affecting others, I feel like we’ve been left in the dark. Please help us unlock our certificates. All we’re asking is for this final lab to be marked as done if fixing it is not possible in the near future. I am sure a company like Google can resolve this quickly if it prioritizes the issue.
