What does "file size strategy" mean here in stream prefix path  of GCP Datastream? Is this any new feature that is planned in future ?

This refers to the strategy on how datastream will save your files into cloud storage, and how it will be managed within cloud storage since datastream creates a folder for each table, also you can have more information on how storage and the size is managed reading the FAQ.
