live agent call recording

currently our recordings work like this --> virtual agent call is recorded and written to storage bucket once transferred to live agent, the transcript is written to CRM (SNOW). So my questions are 1) is there a recording of the live agent transaction? 2) where are they stored 3) Is this configurable in the platform?
