Accept payments in Firestore

I need to set up a payment system in my app which use Firestore for the authentication. I tried to use the Stripe extension but it seems that sat the moment it only supports subscription/membership methods. So a user is charged a given amount per month/year.

How can I charge in. a "Pay as you go" dynamic?
