Broken Spanner DB link

I have a production Spanner DB instance that I would like to change from single region to multi region.

Spanner -> Edit Instance -> Show More

"To move this instance to a different regional or multi-region configuration, contact Google"

The "contact Google" link is broken.

Thanks for getting back to me.  Do you have any estimate when Google might fix the broken link for the contact form (mentioned in my original post) so I could get an indication of time/cost to switch to a  multi-region configuration?
