Can IPDK Be Used to Program Customized Google IPUs?

Seems the IPU is customized by Google. Can we can still be able to use IPDK to program the card? Previous question link: https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Databases/Public-access-to-Intel-IPU-E2000-on-C3-and-H3/m-p/...

Hi @yorkchen0504,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

As of the moment, we don't have a specific documentation that we could use IPDK to customize Google Cloud's Intel IPU but as per documentation that I previously provided, Intel fully supports IPDK.

You can also check the following for additional information with regards using IPDK with Intel's IPU:

You may file a feature request if you want this feature to be available in the future. We don't have a specific ETA but you can keep track of its progress once the ticket has been created.

Hope this helps.

We have already created a VM (C3) on Google Cloud, but we do not know how to directly access the IPU OS ?  or how we can use the IPU on the Google Cloud VM?
