Cloud SQL (Microsoft SQL) - Support for Full Text Search - FTS?

New to GCP and testing a SQL deployment.  Doesn't look like Cloud SQL supports FTS... Is this true?  Is there a setting or CLI command I am missing to enable?

CloudSQL MS SQL Server does not support Full-Text Search. If your application requires FTS you would need to install in on dedicated GCE VM.

it is possible now.

After I read the only answer you got, I decided to make an opportunity to get it working and it does.

I had the same problem but now my Kubernetes cluster runs with MSSQL 2022 including full-text search.
