Column should be hidden but working

After entering the formula in the column, I want the column to remain hidden but that column is being entered in the data sheet. Can this happen?

As far as I understand, you'd want the columns to be operational but hidden from view is this correct? Also, what database solution are you currently working with? Depending on what database you're using on GCP it could change whether it's possible or how to accomplish it."
