Do Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) or Cloud Spanner offer some kind of Fast Database Cloning (Copy on Write)?

Hello guys,

I used this feature on my previous company and it made our DX much better. We had SEED databases for every microservice (created from anonymized production DATA) that we used to create FRESH DATASETS by using FAST DATABASE CLONING.. it was FAST (almost instant) and much CHEAPER too, even for large datasets.

Is that something that can be done in GCP?
