Hi all,
I have used this google tool to calculate the cost of one cloud sql instace:
https://cloudpricingcalculator.appspot.com/#!?id=cf0c14ce-3d5c-4479-b119-448f08dbe1f3#resultBlock
for one instance, db-standard-1(2 vCPU, 7 GB/RAM), 100 GB SSD, 100 GB BACKUP, HA, position us-central1; the cost from the calculator is 239 USD for month.
I have created into my project this same instance before. Into instance we have 5 db, but we using only one. Now we have a job into cloud run that take data from the web and write it into cloud sql each 3 hours days. I have checked the price into my cloud console and i have for each day 59 USD for cloud sql. Why this? Could you help me to understand?
Thanks

Please be advised that this is just estimates of your actual fees. It's also stated in the FAQ below the pricing calculator:
Q: Should I consider the price estimates here as "final offer"?
A: The estimated fees provided by Google Cloud Pricing Calculator are for discussion purposes only and are not binding on either you or Google. Your actual fees may be higher or lower than the estimate. A more detailed and specific list of fees will be provided at time of sign up.
For more detailed explanation regarding pricing, I would suggest to reach out to our billing through these channels:

Hi Robert,
thanks for your reply. We will contact the billing support to understand and define a price for one year project. We can use the chat billing support to do this? Or are there other channels?
Thanks
