Google Places API

I want to extract all of the restaurants and their information in the USA and the world. Is there a tool I can use to do that in GCP?

It may depend on what you want to do with it?  You could do a nearby search with the Places API, but, be sure to read the API Terms of Agreement with Google. At a high level. "Applications using the Places API are bound by the terms of your Agreement with Google. Subject to the terms of your Agreement, you must not pre-fetch, index, store, or cache any Content except under the limited conditions stated in the terms. "
