Include Ability to Calculate extended Cloud SQL Support in pricing calculator

This is a bit of a feature request.

But it would be really cool if you guys could change the GCP pricing calculator: https://cloud.google.com/products/calculator?hl=en , when working out CloudSQL pricing to be able to select the DB engine version for example Cloud SQL MySQL 5.7 and then have a switch that you can flip to calculate the pricing with "Cloud SQL Extended Support".

This will be really useful as it can help users to calculate how much the increase in pricing would be for their current workloads. I know you can do it manually though just based on vCPU https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Databases/GCP-Cloud-SQL-Extended-Support/m-p/807754 but I just thought it would be really nice if the calculator could also do this.

I'm really enjoying GCP. 🙂
