Inter zone data transfer cost in CLOUD SQL

I have a Cloud SQL HA enabled in asia-south1 region, and it had 3 slaves in asia-south1-a but now I have spread 3 slaves in asia-south1-a, asia-south1-b and asia-south1-c zones, would that incur any additional cost like inter zone data replication or transfer costs in my billing

There are no additional network costs for traffic destined to Compute Engine instances or Cloud SQL instances within the same region. So in your use case, traffic between replicas in different zones within asia-south1 will be free.
