Pricing and initial set up

I am trying to setup an instance with mysql but I can't customize price. There exists price options on calculator page but when building, those options don't come up.
How can I get MySql for under $100/month?

This would depend on the number of your instances, instance-time, instance type, storage capacity and high availability is configured. 

I have created a sample configuration that falls under $100. This has its pros and cons. The number one pro would be that it falls under $100. Cons would be this has its limitations like limited instances, hardware bottleneck especially when several processes would be made, and limited storage capacity. The sample setup also has a committed use discount meaning you need to use the service for at least a year.

I would suggest what setup your organization really needs, as pricing would be a contributing factor for inefficient databases especially when requests are piling up. 

I would also suggest reaching out to our Cloud Billing support as they could provide a better option that would suit your pricing for a more efficient setup.
