Recreate replica was done without request nor our knowledge

We have a MySQL Master with 2 replicas, one of the was recreated without any reason. 
They only info I have, is from the operations log:
Jan 1, 2025, 5:40:51 PM Jan 1, 2025, 5:50:30 PM Recreate replica Recreate replica finished

It happened only to one of the two replicas (replica-02 was not effected).
I am not sure why it happened at all, as we did not request a recreate.
Moreover,  why did we not get any email in the matter, either before as planned work, or when the operation started/ended.

It happened to us as well, still trying to figure out why..
