Restore instance of mysql database after 3 months with expired payment method. I have updated the payment method again and all the services, buckets, app engine, service accounts have been restored, but not the database instances. You only had automatic backups enabled, and I would like to restore a backup. But it doesn't appear in the history.

I have created a new instance with the same name and in the history of CPU usage for months it appears that there has been a consumption, so I assume that although there are no automatic backups in the history, the instance can be recovered somehow. Thanks

Based on this documentation, when restoring a MySQL instance after a payment lapse, only the data from the primary instance (like databases and users) are restored—instance flags are not included. It seems the automatic backups may have been removed due to the expired payment. Since the backups aren't showing, you may want to contact Google Cloud support to explore recovery options.
