Reverse Bigquery dataset collation enabling?

I am urgently looking for any support or advice on how to disable collation in the settings of a bigquery dataset. I clicked the box in "advanced settings" to enable it in an attempt to solve an unrelated issue I was having, but in doing so, ALL resulting data studio reports are broken. This option is now grayed out and I can't find any information on how to revert this.

Where are you doing the steps you have provided? Is it in BigQuery? Can you provide screenshots as well?Thanks.
