Spanner Graph Support in Spanner Emulator

Is there currently or planned support for Spanner Graph's GQL features in the Spanner Graph Emulator?

I have the same question, I don't see a mention of graph on their emulator lib - https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-spanner-emulator

When I submit a DDL statement creating a property graph it is rejected as invalid. So it seems GQL features are not supported. 

Confirmation from GCP would be appreciated. As well as information on any plans for support.

It appears that you are correct - at the moment, the Spanner Emulator does not support GQL features such as creating a property graph. Although Spanner Graph, which has GQL support. Based on the Release Notes it was introduced in preview on August 1, 2024, enabling users to create and fetch graphs through the Google Cloud console, this functionality has not been implemented in the emulator. Google has not made an official announcement regarding adding GQL support to the emulator, however, the progress of Spanner Graph's development hints at the possibility for the future.
