I've recently came a cross Spanner tiered storage and I would like to try it but instead of setting one fixed time for HDD data migration I would prefer to base my policy on `last touched` value so eg. if row was not touched for last 2h then it can be moved to HDD. I want to achieve some kind of cold storage. If I understand this correctly, currently there is no such option in locality group configuration. Am I right? Additionally is there an option to move back data from HDD to SSD?
