Good evening anyone able to help on retrieving photos and videos from old phone to new phone please? I still have old phone (Samsung A40) but touch screen stopped working, photos and videos get backed up often onto google account but when I put google account on my new phone it asked for 2 step verification. As I can't use screen on old phone unable to confirm the verifications steps needed. When I thought of a different way - logging onto google account on my laptop and then logging onto new phone, this works to allow me to log in and provided me with contact details but not photos and videos from broken phone. Please anyone help?
