Based from the error showing, WordPress website is inaccessible to the users. You can refer or follow this guide from a 3rd party article. As of this moment, your WordPress website is already accessible via its IP address. In case you will be experiencing this issue or error again, I would recommend to contact WordPress support for better assistance.
