google Cloud Data structure Deletion

Hello- My developer is un Ukraine so I didn't feel the need to update my credit card for our google console database. Now the entire database structure is deleted as well as the backup. It's says data and backups are deleted after 30 days. Does anybody know any way to recover our database? I cannot imagine something this important is permanent  deleted after 30 days. 

Ps- I know there are a lot of developers based in Ukraine, I hope all of you are safe
