"Query_wait_timeout" issue with Alloydb

I am connecting to Alloydb, from postgresql driver. When performing a "select" query on table (ex: select * from table_name or any other complex select query which includes lot of tables, inner tables) from JDBC application, sometimes I was able to see "query_wait_timeout". I tried going through the internet to find a valid reason for this but couldnot find any? Can someone help me on this or suggest me any workaround for this issue?

As of the moment, documentation for AlloyDB is still incomplete and additional documentation and revisions are still ongoing. 

For now you may file this error as a public issue through this link in order for our engineering team to have a look on this.

We don't have an exact ETA on this however you may track its progress once the ticket has been created.
