Apps Integration With "Open With" in Google Drive not Working.

I am trying to implement an app to be used in Google Drive, specifically with the function "Open With".

I have already set up the API Key, OAuth 2 Client ID.

I have also added the test users, which is me, actually. And I have set the scopes, including the drive.install and drive.

The Drive API is enabled and has not been used so quotas are intact. The logo, the MIME types, file extensions, etc.

And still I don't see my app showing in the "Open with" option neither I am getting a prompt to install the app.

What am I missing here? The app is only for internal testing.
