Dialogflow Cx Voice Agent not working for regional language

I have 2 flow one in English and another in Malayalam. Tested English flow with the CX Phone Gateway, its working good. But for Malayalam language agent is getting disconnected after the Default Welcome message.

Can someone help me how to make it working for the Regional languages

Dialogflow CX supports Malayalam language with selected features only. Notice that in this page, Default Welcome Intent is not supported. That might be the reason why your agent is getting disconnected after the Default Welcome message.

Additionally, here are some other approaches that you may try:

Language Settings: Ensure that Malayalam is properly added as a language in your agent settings. 

Locale-Specific Data: Make sure that all language-specific data, such as intent training phrases and fulfillment responses, are correctly configured for Malayalam. This includes providing Malayalam-specific entries for entities and intents.

Region Support: Verify that the region where your agent is deployed supports Malayalam. Some regions may have limitations on language support.

Logging and Debugging: Enable logging for your agent to capture detailed logs of the interactions. This can help identify where the disconnection is happening. 

Testing in Simulator: Use the Dialogflow CX simulator to test the Malayalam flow. This can help you identify any issues before deploying it to the Phone Gateway.
