Dialogflow ES showing different results in Training and History tabs

Hi there.  We use Dialogflow for a chatbot on our website.  One of the intents allows users to leave their contact details to request a call back.

We can see in the History tab, the exchange between user and bot goes as we would expect.  But in the Training tab, the same exchange suggests the bot replied with different intents.

Would there be a reason for the discrepancy?

History tab in Dialogflow ES shows the actual response of the agent while in Training it response in a form of intent. At the history tab can you check what intent the Agent was using? ( by pressing the 3ple dot in the side and selecting "Go to Intent") I have replicated mine and it appears it is responding with the right intent and matching with training tab:

Your comments below all make sense, but I’m still finding my training tab and history don’t always match.

 

To give an example, we have an intent called “speak_to_advisor”.  If bot-users would like to request a phone call from our team, they can answer 4 or 5 questions within the speak_to_advisor intent to share their contact details and reason for call

 

For this user, when they share why they wanted a call, the Training tab indicates the bot replied with a different intent – one called “advice_line”, which shares broader information about our Advice Line service:

The history tab confirms it didn’t divert to the advice_line intent, it followed up with the next question in the speak_to_advisor flow and worked as we would hope.  If I click on the three dots in history , it takes me to the speak_to_advisor intent:

It’s a fairly low risk issue at the moment, as the bot seems to be working correctly.  The call back request did come through as we would expect.  But we hoped to understand why there was a discrepancy between Training and History.  If you can shed any light having seen this example, we’d be really grateful!
