GCP api slow and GUI wont load

Good morning everyone.
I'm running into issues with the gcloud commands being slow and sometimes not working at all and the google cloud GUI not loading at all.

We are in europe-west4 so we shouldn't be affected by the outage in europe-west9.
Anyone else running into this issue?
