How to run the guestbook application locally

Based on the last step of this tutorial, I tried entering the command "dev_appserver.py ./" and it would say "command not found." Attached is a screenshot of my attempt to run the command, while I also verified that the SDK was installed correctly.

Do you know what I should do to make it work?
