I would like to know how to install GDS (GPU DIRECT STORAGE) in a Google Cloud Virtual Machine Instance ?

At the moment it is not supported.

You can request a new feature, please visit our issue trackers on issuetracker.google.com. Somebody from Google will follow up there.
