Is it possible to get the Google products/apps and SAML apps of the user?

I want to create a web app that allows to login using Google account and see the Google apps he/she has and SAML apps enabled on his/her account. It is like the thing that we can see on the upper-right side of our GMail (see image below for reference)
Is there an API endpoint that returns that?
