Is my GOogle API manager functioning Properly?

Hi, my website is https://iccinnamon.com (I know, it's messed up right now and I did everything but couldn't resolve it). I have set up google API a few months ago but accidentally deleted it a week ago. I restored it before it was too late, but I think there are still some problems with it.

I don't know how I can properly set the settings. Can someone guide me through, please?
