We have a website hosted in a web view inside a mobile application that integrates Google Recaptcha.
In the past few days, we have been encountering an increasing number of low scores (0.1) assigned to valid users, prompting logins to fail.The number of requests identified as suspicious appears to be restricted to in-app users, starting from the 08 August, domain <URL removed by staff>
No changes have occurred on the application side
Can the cause be occurred on Google Recaptcha? How can we receive support in identifying the cause of this sudden drop?

For direct reCAPTCHA support through Google Cloud, please see Getting support. For a start, Standard support offers 1:1 technical cloud support. Other higher support tiers are also available such as Enhanced and Premium Support. Our support team would be able to look into this issue for you.
