I had a Google Workspace account that was attached to DomainA. I added an additional domain to that Workspace, DomainB.
I then sold the DomainA company, so I moved DomainB out of the DomainA Workspace, into its own Workspace.
What I didn't realize was that the Google Cloud Developer Projects belonging to users of DomainB, would not stay under their accounts. It would appear they stayed somewhere within DomainA. The projects are active and still work, and even say that the "developer" is email1@DomainB, but they are nowhere to be found under that account and I need them under my account for billing, updating, etc.
I have paid for Standard Support and they claim the projects that I created under DomainB are "under a different organization" and I have to get any help I need from that organization. The problem is, that organization owner has no idea about the Developer Console and I can't even figure out how to move projects myself, so they surely won't be able to.
What are my options for getting access back to those projects? There are two email accounts the projects were created under, email1@DomainB and email2@DomainB, that I have setup in the new Workspace and maintain control over. I just need all projects that email1@DomainB and email2@DomainB created to be "recovered" back into their respective accounts.
I do have a favorable relationship with the new owner of DomainA, it's just I don't even know where to start and so therefore they won't know either. I have even attempted to create a temporary project and figure out how to move that to another Workspace/account and have no idea how to do so.
