My Business APIs enabled but Request Per Minute quota 0 even after form submission

Hi All

I've enabled all the  the Google My Business APIs mentioned in the Prerequisites and submitted this Basic access form, I have received confirmation from google for the basic access Form. then i submitted the Quota Increase Request Form twice with 3 weeks gap. It says that it will take 2 weeks for the request to get accepted but it has been 4 months still no response from google.

Any information would be helpful
