My oauth application is being rejected!

THE ISSUE :

2.png

Issue 1: "Your home page website is not registered to you."
My home page is fully verified as shown in Google Search Console. Both HTML file and HTML tag verification methods show "Successfully verified" status with a green checkmark, and the console explicitly states "You are a verified owner"

Issue 2: "Your home page does not include a link to your privacy policy." My application's homepage (rideshare-frontend.vercel.app) clearly displays a "Privacy Policy" link at the bottom of the page, as shown in the homepage screenshot. This link is visible to all users before they log in.

Issue 3: "Your privacy policy URL is the same as your home page URL." The URLs are distinctly different:

The privacy policy page has a unique path and displays comprehensive privacy information including data collection practices, retention policies, and user rights as required.

I've attached the relevant screenshots again for your reference. I believe my application fully complies with all requirements and would appreciate your reconsideration.

Why is my application still being rejected! Please help

Hi rideshare,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Have you tried to review the OAuth verification requirements? Sometimes, the issue might be tied to a specific guideline or requirement that wasn’t clearly outlined in the rejection notice.

Feel free to send feedback to oauth-feedback@google.com, keeping in mind that you won't get a direct response via that email. Alternatively, you can open a Google Cloud Support ticket if more investigation is needed.

Was this helpful? If so, please accept this answer as “Solution”. If you need additional assistance, reply here within 2 business days and I’ll be happy to help.
