Oauth Consent Screen App Name issue

Currently, I want to display my App Name on Login With Google pop-up screen instead xxxx.firebaseapp.com
I try to change App Name following theses steps:
Google Console --> API & Services --> OAuth Consent Screen --> Edit App
But after I saved, nothing changed.
Do I need take verification steps ? It's display `verification not required` on settings screen.
How can i solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @duy_tran_0100,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Verification is needed if your app set up for external users is "In production" status, and meets any of the following criteria:

  • You want your app to show an icon or name.
  • Your app requests authorization for any sensitive or restricted permissions.
  • The number of authorized domains exceeds the project's limit.
  • There have been changes to the OAuth consent screen after your app was previously approved.

I hope the above information is helpful.

There is no way to request verification unless it is required.  So your solution doesnt work.  I have the same issue.  I only edited the name name to removed a space.  No verification required and no way to request verfication and the name hasnt changed after 2 months.
