Received an email re: update to gcloud functions deployCLI command - any impact if we automate w/TF?

This is in response to an email received w/title "[Action Advised] Evaluate Google Cloud Functions created with gcloud before Sep. 1, 2024".

We deploy both gen 1 and 2 cloud functions using (URL Removed by Staff) and just wanted to make sure that there is no update needed on our end when defining Terraform resources in response to this? To my understanding, TF does not use automated gcloud CLI actions, but wanted to confirm that that is correct.
