Saving error when I'm trying to add new Redirect URI

hi there, im trying add Redirect URI for last few days and im keep getting this error that: 

Save failed The attempted action failed, please try again. Tracking number: c386490561432777

it dont go away i dont know what to do ive try to delete and create new project try different URLs but nothing seems to works. please let me how to fix it. thanks
