Subdomain 500 error of event sent with GTM Server

I am getting 500 error on gtm.flo.com.tr subdomain. This subdomain is built on google cloud app engine.
I am attaching the errors. I am sending google analytics events to Meta Facebook via gtm server as Conversion API event.
As I mentioned in the appendices, there are no errors in the quotas.

Hi EMouseC2,

Can you provide the error log produced on the server. Error 500 can occur for many reasons. You can check the error logs and provide it here to further check what's happening on your project.
